Arminas Macevicius is the winner of the Eurasian Pharma Awards 2022 in the nomination “Leader of the Year”
Arminas Macevicius, the Vice President for the Eurasia region at STADA, is the winner of the Eurasian Pharma Awards 2022 in the nomination “Leader of the Year”.
In 2021, under Arminas’s leadership, the integration of the TAKEDA portfolio into STADA’s product mix that required radical transformation of the business in Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Kazakhstan was carried out successfully. The achievements of the CIS cluster under Arminas’s guidance and the actual doubling of the business in the region became the main reasons for transferring the cluster to direct subordination to the head office in Germany, with a renaming to the Eurasia region in August 2022. Today, STADA is the number one company in the Consumer Health segment in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
Mr. Macevicius expressed gratitude for the award, saying, “I want to wish everyone good health because it is our main goal and mission! Let this evening be dedicated to health, not only ours but also that of our patients.”
The competition for the Eurasian Pharma Awards will be held for the 4th time in 2023 as a part of the Eurasian Pharmaceutical Summit that is organized by the Global Pharmaceutical Leaders’ Club.
